How do I place an order?

You can place an order for your horse feeder on our secure website paying either through sage pay or via Paypal. Both methods are 100% secure and take all major credit and debit cards. If you would prefer we can take your payment over the phone please call us on 0115 9893597. We are in the office Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.

How long does delivery take?

As soon as we receive your order we will process it the same working day and forward it through to the manufacturers. All our products are delivered straight from the manufacturers. The Green Hay Saver is a stock item and is available to be dispatched straight away, taking between 2-3 working days. If you would like a Black or Blue Hay Saver these are made to order and normally take about a week to manufacture. Please note we are not in the office on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Is there a delivery charge?

We can offer free shipping to any address in England and Wales. There is a £5 shipping charge to Scotland and a shipping charge of approximately  £45 for Northern Scotland and £56 for Northern Ireland. If you need to pay an extra delivery charge we will contact you once we have received your order. Please let us have a contact phone number that we can pass onto the courier in case they need to contact you about your order. We are able to deliver the products to a stable if you would prefer. If no one will be there to take the order please let us know a safe place where it can be left. Please be aware that if you choose this option we can not be held responsible if it goes missing once the courier has made the delivery.

Can I choose the Colour?

All our horse feeder products are available in different colours. Just select the product colour you require when adding your order to the basket.

Why is the All In One Feeding Station different to Eazhay or Haybars?

The All In One Feeding Station is different as it is a corner feeding station that can not only hold a small bale of hale but also two buckets. It holds your buckets off the floor so minimises broken buckets and trapped hooves.

Can I use my own buckets in the All In One Feeding Station?

Yes the All In One Feeding Station has been designed so you can use your own buckets, buckets are not provided. We recommend that these are one of the following: 3 gallon water bucket, small flexible bucket (10-16ltrs) or a shallow feed bucket.

Can I put haylage in the All In One Feeding Station?

Yes the All In One Feeding Station takes normal hay, haylage or soaked hay.

Is the Hay Saver Grill Removable?

Yes the Hay Saver has a removable grid, which just lifts out for easy filling. This also means that it can be used as a water trough in the summer. As the hay is eaten the grill moves down the tapered tub. The grill stops about 2″ from the bottom of the tub, which is generally where the seeds and smalls parts of the hay gather which, most horses will not eat.

Where are the products manufactured?

All the the horse feeders on our site are manufactured in Nottinghamshire by a company called Parallax Plastics. They have been involved in plastic manufacturing for over twenty years and produce high quality products that are durable and made to last.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your item, however if for any reason you are not please contact us and we will do our best to help. As a buyer you are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen working days after the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase please contact via email at orders@crocodilewebgroup.co.uk or telephone us on 0115 9893597. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. You must return the item in the same condition as it was received i.e it must be in the original, unopened packaging.  You can not return a product once it has been built. It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item/s are in appropriate protective packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is being returned because it is defective,or it was damaged in the post please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Any refunds will be issued back via the method that you paid us with, once the item has been received. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for this to be processed and the money to be shown in your account.
